About the Artist
Sara Sanders was born in Central Florida and lives and works in New York City. Sanders received a BFA in Studio Art and a BA in Sociology from the University of Florida and has studied ceramics at the Penland School of Craft. Her background working in the interior design industry in San Francisco and New York on high profile projects for artists and collectors has honed her aesthetic and the attention to detail that is evident in her work. She has recently completed print projects published by Forth Estate and the Robert Blackburn Printmaking Workshop. Sanders has exhibited nationally (Sue Scott Gallery, NYC; David Krut Projects, NYC; Eric Firestone Gallery, East Hampton, NY; E|AB Print Fair, NYC, Baltimore Contemporary Print Fair, MD, Impressions Orlando, FL), and internationally (Multiplied, London; Franz Masereel Center, Belgium).
